By accessing and using this Internet portal, the domain name of which is https://www.inteli-k.com/, property of INTELI-K SOLUCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter referred to as "INTELI-K®"), the user accepts the Terms and Conditions of Use contained in this agreement and expressly declares its acceptance using electronic means for this purpose, in terms of the provisions of Article 1803 of the Federal Civil Code.
If the user does not fully and completely accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, the user must refrain from accessing, using and observing the website https://www.inteli-k.com/. In the event that the user accesses, uses and observes the website, it shall be deemed to be an absolute and express acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use set forth herein.
The sole use of this website grants the general public the status of user and implies full and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the general and specific conditions included in these Terms and Conditions of Use published by INTELI-K® at the time the user accesses the website. Membership agreement for the use of the Internet web site https://www.inteli-k.com/ entered into by INTELI-K® on the one hand, and the user on the other hand, subject to the provisions of this document.

This agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws and before the courts of the state of Jalisco, Mexico.

Prices for credit or debit cards are handled in a different price list than for cash, check, deposit and wire transfer. INTELI-K® reserves the right to cancel any payment that does not comply with the requirements requested by the bank; in certain cases you may be asked to send a copy of your official identification, proof of address, RFC, card statement and other documents that prove your identity. In case of any lack of requested documents, your payment will be reversed.
Products on order are supplied in the order in which payments are credited. Stock on the website and in stores may vary between the time your order is placed and the time your payment is applied. Products are separated from inventory until payment has been credited; because stock may vary, INTELI-K® cannot guarantee delivery and, if applicable, will refund the total amount paid for products that cannot be delivered. Goods travel at the customer's risk. INTELI-K® and the courier company will not make any partial or total refund of products shipped that are not insured before being shipped and previously paid.
Warranties: the warranty varies from one product to another according to the manufacturer's policy, the manufacturer being the only responsible for its fulfillment. In the event of damage or manufacturing defect, the customer may make the warranty valid at INTELI-K® service centers during the first seven calendar days after the date of purchase. All products processed for warranty must present original packaging (box, bag, manuals, accessories, warranty card, etc.). Products have 1 month warranty except accessories not of our manufacture. Some products must be processed at the corresponding brand's service centers; shipping and insurance costs are at the customer's expense and risk. All warranties are subject to review and, in case of physical damage, the warranty will be immediately voided.
Returns: all returns are subject to approval according to the following processes. First process: the customer must identify the cause for the return (clearly and precisely), the type of sale and the invoice and/or order number, and submit a written request via email to gabriela.cortes@inteli-k.com. Second process: the Internet Sales Executive manages authorization signatures with the manufacturer; once authorized, a Return Folio is issued. Third process: the folio is communicated to the customer by email; packages must be labeled with the folio in a visible and legible place, properly packaged, with freight cost to our facilities at the customer's expense. Fourth process: once the product arrives, it is reviewed; in case of damage or shortages, these will be charged to the customer.
A product will not be accepted for return if: the product was used; the packaging has non-original or tampered labels, or is scratched, battered or dirty; the packaging is not original; the product was ordered upon request; the product is obsolete or offline; the product was sold at auction; or your order, receipt and/or invoice includes the legend "No Return and/or Cancellation" or similar.
Any system or image could have been photographed with additional options. The calculation documents made on subtotals and totals are only a reference of your order; they are not a tax receipt nor proof of payment.
